These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website parosdiving.com and the services provided by Paros Diving Center. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of the dive.

• Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or cash.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customer cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• No-shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will not be refunded.

• Weather-related or safety cancellations by Paros Diving will be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Diver Responsibility

• Divers must be medically fit and certified for the level of diving booked.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to dive.

• You may be required to complete a medical questionnaire or provide a doctor’s clearance.

5. Safety & Conduct

• All dives are led by certified instructors under international safety standards.

• Divers must follow instructor guidance at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in exclusion without refund.

• Alcohol and drug use prior to diving is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

• Diving involves inherent risks. By booking with Paros Diving, you acknowledge these risks and agree to sign a liability waiver before participating.

• Paros Diving is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during diving activities, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate travel and diving insurance that covers medical treatment, cancellations, and diving-related incidents.

8. Use of Media

You agree that Paros Diving may use photos or videos taken during dives for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Website Use

All content on parosdiving.com is the property of Paros Diving and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paros.
